The mentioned on the product prices include VAT and other price components.
The shipping charges are in the shopping cart system and on the order page clearly communicated. Our standard delivery is with Maltapost for a charge of 4,95 unimport of worth or weight of your order (flatrate). Maltapost normal don´t call you before they come. If they not reach you on the delivery adress they leave you a notice. You have then the option to pick it up at the next working day by the next post office. They also give you the option to contact them and let them make a new delivery or redirect it to a new adress. For more information please contact only Maltapost, not us.
The pick up in our retail shop in Qormi is free of charge in our opening times.

Personal Delivery we make personal and with different courier services. The delivery will be mostly from monday to saturday from 12:00 to 21:00. If you are not at home for an extra charge get another delivery. For € 3,50 you can pay cash by delivery. The price depends on the area where you want the delivery and is between € 10,-- in Malta and € 15,00 for Gozo and Camino. If you contact us til 12:00 a same day delivery can be possible, otherwise they deliver next day.
